Truly endless splicing
Any desired dimensions can be spliced in just minutes with very simple devices. For making truly endless splices in a reliable and time-saving manner you will receive our handy round belt crimping tool on its own or in a practical combination set with all the necessary accessories (area of application: ø 3 mm – 15 mm).
The round belt crimping tool is available in two versions:
- with screw clamping; here the ends of the round belt are clamped together with knurled screws
- with a quick-clamping lever; here the ends of the round belt are clamped by turning over the clamping lever. After the welding process the quick-clamping system releases the endless belt again with a small movement. The desired round belt diameter is set previously (the change-over time to another diameter takes about one minute).
The Combi-Set TC contains a temperature-regulated welding iron. This heats up in just about 90 seconds and keeps the temperature, which can be set with a knob, constant.
The more cost-favourable Combi-Set Standard contains a welding iron without temperature-regulating function.
